🌿Sana Sana Wellness is a maternal health non-profit rooted in reproductive justice and focused in uniting holistic practitioners and families through decolonized doula education. Our mission extends to partnerships with clinical or institutional spaces, promoting a respectful and inclusive approach to wellness. We emphasize somatic healing through community programs, integrating ancient wisdom with modern practices. Beyond borders, we advocate for environmental conservation in transterritorial solidarity engagement, nurturing a harmonious balance between human well-being and the planet. Committed to universal access, we envision a world where reproductive health is sacred and supported for all beings. Sana Sana Wellness strives to empower, connect, and create a compassionate global community.🌿

Blaine Morris

Blaine is a Honduran American Creative & Full Spectrum Doula and founder of Sana Sana Wellness. And like the organization's namesake, her background in both birthwork and the arts is deeply grounded in holistic support, culturally innate technologies, decolonized embodiment, centering the dignity of self autonomy, and an ethos of reverence for elemental/ ancestral spirituality. With a support practice matured in both clinical and community spaces across the globe, Blaine’s work examines what individual support and collective care can look like within institutional systems at large in an effort towards liberation.
